Boogaloo Ebi

As The Beeper Queen knows, I have a soft spot in my heart for the movie Breakin' and its sequel Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.  Not only do I have the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack on a pirated Mexican cassette tape, but I also have the Polydor LP and the movie poster.  Yes, I really do love Breakin'

I remember going to see Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo with my father and remarking afterward, as we were getting lunch (vague memories of a cafeteria, but perhaps the mind plays tricks?), that they could keep making sequels forever.  I posited that Breakin' 100 would be set on the moon.  I still think that sounds like a wonderful film!  The evil land developers would be trying to bulldoze the breakdancers' inner-moon-city school for the arts, and then Turbo and Ozone would have to get the crew together to dance those fat cats away for good! Ahh, I can see it now......

ANYHOO! About a year ago, TBQ found a wonderfully amazing Boogaloo Shrimp performance on an Israeli talk show, where he was popping and locking, while the oldster audience dozed.  Sadly, I can't find it on the internets anymore.  But!  I did find this wonderful piece of jetsam:
